Malmo, a 14 year veteran of the Memphis commercial real estate scene, spent the first 9 years in the business working on behalf of owners and landlords as a leasing agent and hands-on property manager before switching primarily to the tenant side four and a half years ago.  Prior to opening MalmoMemphis Real Estate in December, 1999, Malmo worked for such high profile commercial real estate firms as Trammell Crow Company and Interstate Realty (now CB/RichardEllis). 

Positioning himself as a full service commercial real estate tenant/buyer consultant, Malmo handles the entire range of real estate transactions including site searches, lease negotiations, buyouts, subleases, build-to-suits, consulting assignments and financing.

Malmo’s development clients rely on him to assist in choosing local land planners, engineers, architects and attorneys as well as act as a liaison between local government agencies and neighborhood groups whose approval is required in rezoning matters.
